Horizontal labeling machine is a fully automatic labeling machine for reagent tube labeling, oral liquids labeling, ampoule labeling, and many other small round bottle labeling. It is designed for these bottles which are not good at standing or reduce the damage when working on the round bottles labeling.

1. The first thing you need to know is how to wind the label;

2. After winding the label, then you need to set the electric eye for the label; Sometimes, when you change the label, you also need to reset the electric eye;

3. If the sensor can't send signal for labeling, then you need to adjust it;

4. If the label position is not very well, too up or too down, the below video will guide you how to adjust it;

5. If the label effect is not very good, you can also adjust the machine;

6. Adjust the label angles;
